Oh my fucking God, how stupid can you both be LOL, must I explain everything?

Since Kalthani couldn't come up with a more sophisticated joke and kept repeating the same one over and over till everyone vomited from cringe level 99, it became old. Thusly I provided the link. Idiots.

I've posted it cuz I cant compete with Lord Kael's jokes. So I needed to show my stupidity by posting something from reddit.

Oh thx Dog. It's really kind of you to say this. I will pardon you.

I think it's not that easy. Cuz if there is a command that dissables cyrillic what would it be like in chat? Like empty messages? "Rusguy : ______________________" ? I mean what will you do if the rus guy types "Can I please oioioiioioioiooi?" Do the command need to ignore him or not? And if the guy typed 1-2 messages rus and then wants to ask smth on english? He cant cuz he is ignored. And typing /norussiancyrillicplease everyday is sorta not cool. I know you can bind it but there still comes few troubles listed above.
