Looking for help with my binds on mouse

Post by Kenshiro on Tue Nov 22, 2016 9:54 pm

This is the mouse I use. I currently have grip binded to the top left button and protect and heal just below it. Is there any better way to have this set up and possibly with more force included?

Yes they all work. I currently have the side buttons binded to some force. I was asking for help to bind force to the side buttons in a better way

how can someone blow with the ultimate mouse... i want it i want it so bad plz plz gimme omfg. is the most perfect mouse i have ever seen, even the colors wtf

ok now that i calmed, just set it as you want but as close as you can from eachother, i suggest you to put stance switch in one of the buttons for a fast switchkill (when you learn to grip) basically put everything as close as possible and give priority to grip, heal push/pull where they are easily accessible, for things like grip and stance switch try not to put them too much close, because it will be harder for you to time both, put lightning wherever your want since you will only use it in enemies with 40- hp. if all the buttons are functional in jka, i'd suggest you to use:

Mouse button 5: Switch stance
Mouse button 4: Lightning
Mouse button 6: Push
Mouse button 7: Pull
Mouse button 8: Rage/Proct
E: Heal/drain
C or V (depending on your keyboard and hand shape): Grip
G: Mindtrick/team skill
Mouse button 959: Sskill 1
Mouse button 999: Sskill 2

This is what i would do, but its slighty matter of preference, try using the mouse buttons that are closer to you finger, while you flex your finger to touch the buttons behind the finger you lose precious miliseconds, which with europing actually matters.

If you are curious, this is my mouse:

Is yours hybrid, optical or laser??

tl:dr give me the mouse

TY for the tips. It is a laser mouse with two lasers for X and Y axis. Its worth about 40 dollars in UK. The mouse isn't actually that big though. Later on I will try to post a picture of my hand on the mouse to show it. My thumb fits on 3 buttons easily so I have binded grip heal and protect to them. I still have e and q on power switch as well. V is lightning

try to apply V to a more important skill (or saber stance change) or push pull

is not like you will bind lightning to P but that skill should be placed in one of the mouse's ones, since V is one of the buttons closer to your hand, you should put something more important there like what i said above

My old mouse broke and I needed a new one. Problem? I would rather get used to a better one right now rather than buy less reliable cheaper ones

I don't think making use of any spare keys to get the same results with less effort is stupid.
I have them bound to f1-f5

I am already one step infront of you .

1= saber on/down
2= /int 1
3= /int 2
4= int 3
5= int 4
6= int 5
7= int 6

Well, I've initially set them for F1-F9, but after time noticed I only ever need up to /interact 5, so I've narrowed it down, leaving more keys for other things (like demo controls, login etc).
If I ever need to use /interact 6+, that usually means that it's a map button that doesn't help me in terms of need for quick access, because MOST LIKELY it's not a teleport or something of that sort. It's so rare that reserving a button for it sounds like a waste to me, so I will just type it.
Infact I should probably get rid off /interact 5 on F5 aswell.

These binds was initially meant for the original chain quest which had up to int6 (and the most most important)

But i think i have to put sight and speed in 2/3/4 and interact buttons in Fs, i still have to consider this better, i dont rly need demo controls since i dont even know exactly how to upload the vids from smod, i have the login button down to "?" And if the demons interest me in a future i would put them far away from my important binds.
